Which schools are your local area’s hottest real estate school?

A few weeks ago, a friend of mine emailed me a screenshot of a message from a school.

It said, “Hey, my name is Mark and I’m in a school that’s in Eastside High School.

I want to get my stamp of approval for a real estate business.”

“I’ve never heard of Eastside, so I can’t say I’m completely in the dark about them,” he responded.

“What’s your stamp of Approval?,” I asked.

The school, Eastside in Forsyth County, has just been ranked as the 10th most desirable in the US by Zillow.

And I had an idea.

I was in a real-estate agent’s office, looking for a place to rent, when I heard a voice in my head say, “I want to start an apartment agency.”

“You want to do it?”

I asked, confused.

“No, that’s not the right question,” he replied.

I’d never heard a realtor say that.

I was about to ask him if he was in any way qualified to start a realty company.

He was.

He’d built a reputation for selling luxury apartments in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, for example.

But he was more interested in the idea of selling a real business.

“Do you want to be a broker?”

I said.

“It’s a big job, and it’s a lot of work,” he said.

He was right.

My friends and I had been looking for apartments for weeks, and we were ready to move in, but the realtor wouldn’t let us.

I called his agent and explained that I was starting my own real estate company.

The real estate agent was stunned.

“I can’t believe you said that,” he told me.

“I’d never even heard of this business.”

I was ready to accept that I wasn’t really qualified to sell an apartment, but that he was wrong.

I went back to my friends and said I was a realtors’ agent.

My friend and I got to work.

We looked at every listing in the New York area.

We checked the price and found that some listings were $150,000 or more.

That’s right, more than $1 million.

The next step was to find out if the listing was a good fit for the company.

And we did.

There were many, many, more listings than we had expected.

We started to think, Why did they all have such low bids?

And it became obvious that the best way to do this was to rent out the apartments for $50 per month.

We could then sell the apartments to realtor clients for the same price.

After some research, we discovered that a real agency could get the best deals for a home in a neighborhood where there are lots of apartments, and they’d pay less.

That meant that we could pay more rent than other agents and still get the most for our properties.

The result?

We were able to rent apartments to hundreds of families for less than the cost of buying them, and for the very same price as other agents.

Our business grew quickly.

By August, we had over a thousand apartments in our office.

We were getting more referrals and more referrals every day.

We’ve been able to increase the rent on many of the apartments we rented, and have increased the prices of many of our properties to the point where they’ve been resold for a fraction of what we paid.

We’re now in the process of building a larger office, but we’re still getting lots of referrals.

In just the last month, we’ve seen an increase in the number of families moving in and out of our office and in the neighborhood around us.

We are now in an area where we have thousands of apartments available.

There’s so much demand for them, that we’re starting to see many of them move into our building and into apartments we already have.

When I asked my friend what his dream would be, he said he’d like to become a real tipper.

He would have to move into the apartment he’s currently renting, which would cost him $50 a month, but he’d still get to pay the rent.

My friend also has another dream, which he’d love to make happen.

He wants to open his own realtory and rent out apartments to all New Yorkers.

We’re hoping that he can get a few properties under his belt, and get the real estate agents who want to rent these properties to start taking his orders.

The other thing I want people to understand is that we are not out to take advantage of anyone.

We just want to help people who need it.

We are the only realtoring agency in the city that works directly with realtorial clients.

We don’t ask anyone for a commission or commission rate.
